Hi! I am Shruti Gunupuru and currently studying in Masters in Design: Designed Objects SAIC, School of the Art Institute, Chicago.

I have been exposed to various types of art forms through the foundation course I took in LaSalle College of the Arts in Singapore. I have studied over 16 courses in a span of one year through the foundation course. From pinhole photography to typography and from metal fashion designing to assemblage sculptures.  After this course, I chose to do Product Design as my BA Degree course.  

I have had a couple of years of work experience, from event management to designing manuals and posters for start up companies. By working with various types of companies, I have realized that in this generation, a lot of us - millennials are very privileged. We have everything we have in developed countries and cities. However, still a lot of individuals are not as lucky as us and have financial issues, causing them to lack in basic items that they need. They are the ones I want to help - help them be more hygienic, healthy and safe. I want to go down the right path of helping the less fortune and give them products that help them survive, the right way.
